Duties and Responsibilities: US - Remote

• Assist and partner with the Client Delivery Manager to manage 3-5 accounts

• Work with Client Delivery Manager in almost every facet as it pertains to the implementation, transition, and ongoing services

• Coordinate the annual enrollment process for participants (active, COBRA, retiree etc.) in a timely manner


• Ensure all materials related to annual enrollment and ongoing administration are consistent with the client's specifications and are properly and professionally prepared


• Analyze all client materials used for annual enrollment and ongoing administration to ensure that they are current and meet quality standards

• Continually work toward keeping client and supervisor informed of progress and issues as the case progresses

• Work with Client Delivery Manager and other management team members to identify training issues and suggest process improvements to streamline customer service efficiency • Interface with clients, professionally, and accurately

• Manage projects successfully with strict deadlines while under pressure

• Provide detailed internal and external communication to successfully document instruction and process


Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to:

• Excel, pivot tables, V look-up, simple queries

• Word letter writing, mail merge, and PDF creation

• Creating and responding to e-mails, scheduling meetings reserving resources, including others Planning/Organizing: Plans and arranges a significant portion of own work against defined objectives. Ability to prioritize and multi-task on different projects and to ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 1 – 3 years


US - Remote

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with BSA/AML and fraud functions as assigned

  • Maintain current knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and all related anti-money laundering and OFAC regulations

  • Research and analyze alerts generated by the AML and Fraud transaction monitoring system and determine if escalation for investigation is warranted

  • Complete AML and Fraud investigations to determine whether or not SARs should be filed and support decisions with appropriate analytical justification

  • Prepare SAR filings consistent with department and regulatory expectations

  • Complete enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews including research, gather documents, draw conclusions, compose a narrative, and determine the risk rating and follow up needed

  • Continue to build proficiency of BSA techniques and AML principles and other regulatory compliance requirements by attending internal training, external training, and completing continuing education courses

  • Use developed communication skills to engage internal stakeholders and obtains all information needed to address concerns, close open items, and resolve issues

  • Provide training, coaching, and review work of other analysts or investigators as a dual control

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary: The Corporate Insurance Manager is a member of WEX’s Risk Services team within the corporate Risk & Compliance function reporting to the SVP, Enterprise Risk Management, and Risk Operations. The successful candidate who assumes this role will manage and execute all aspects of WEX’s comprehensive insurance program. The role requires specialized knowledge of insurance coverages and markets, as well as a solid understanding and application of industry concepts, practices, regulations and technology.


This role will monitor and evaluate WEX’s insurance portfolio, contractual risk transfer programs, and claims management. The role is responsible for responding to stakeholders at all levels across the WEX enterprise and with external constituents on domestic and international insurance matters.


This role ideally would be located in Maine, however, we are flexible to consider candidates to work remotely within the United States.


To succeed, the following is required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 10+ years of insurance and risk management experience.

  • Industry certifications such as Associates in Risk Management (ARM) and Chartered Property, Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred.

  • Experience supporting projects within a matrixed, multinational organization.

  • Ability to think critically in order to analyze problems and develop creative, practical, and efficient solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise communications for employees at all levels - including senior management and board-level written presentations and communications.

Operations Management

  • Administrative oversight of all managed fuel discount operational needs, service delivery and support.

  • Drive performance against Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through management of the phone and non-phone contact channels

  • Issue resolution, complex problem solving and analytical work.

  • Communications management regarding changes in the managed networks

  • Ensure alignment with department operating plan, divisional and corporate goals.

We’re looking for a dynamic self-starter, to help create and execute demand and lead generation strategies for the various sales verticals WEX’s Corporate Payments segment serves including financial institutions, technology companies, corporate accounts payable teams, and travel companies. This person will partner with our sales teams and other members of the marketing team to grow our business each year.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with members of the marketing, sales, and product teams daily, to deeply understand the needs and goals of the business and to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.

  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and make recommendations about how to pivot/improve performance.

  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.

  • Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different mediums.

  • Work with internal and external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing.

  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills. Virtual cross-group collaboration experience is critical.

  • Experience in the payments industry is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), content management systems, and Google Analytics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of WEX products is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to travel as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of administrative services for large and complex client accounts including but not limited to completing project deliverables on time and/or proactively communicating status if deadlines are in jeopardy of being missed.

• Communicate and consult with clients on issues, legislative changes and on other service delivery functions with a consultative approach.

• Continually work toward keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of progress and issues on the account.

• Ensure all tasks are documented according to the internal guidelines and updated proactively in the internal system tracking tools to meet deliverable dates.

• Collaborate across internal teams by facilitating issue review and solution identification, resolving problems, and in delivering results for clients. For example, leveraging the root cause analysis tool to evaluate escalated issues and share information with leadership as well as with their peers in the event of a global issue impacting other clients.

• Draft, maintain and communicate work orders for client requests, estimate work effort and required tasks across cross-functional team members. Ensure scope, assumptions, and fees are documented correctly, and obtain proper internal reviews prior to sending to the client. • Review monthly invoices for accuracy including client standard fee schedule, out-of-scope items, and revenue recognition.

• Work with the call center to make sure they have the correct information to provide high-quality service to clients and their employees by making sure Knowledgebase is updated timely and training is coordinated and delivered in advance of changes to a client’s service delivery. • Review and respond to Tier 2 call center escalations by delegating to the Client Support Specialist for assigned clients.

• Analyze and interpret all client materials used for benefit administration to ensure that they are current and meet quality standards.
