Responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions and concerns related to their credit card accounts.

  • Properly diagnosing customer needs and proactively educating them about the features and benefits of credit card products and services.

  • Effectively utilizing system applications to achieve desired outcomesthe .

  • Documenting required information via system applications.

  • Retaining product and process knowledge.


Service Advisors are scheduled to work five days each week, including every other weekend, to include both Saturday and Sunday. Equitable days off are scheduled during the week in which a weekend shift is worked.


If hired, you must be able to attend six weeks of training Monday-Friday,

8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (dependent on class location time zones) and successfully complete required program testing. Once training is completed, and 90 days are spent in assigned shift, student schedules can be accommodated.

Job Description

Offers products and services for U.S. Financial Sales primarily via inbound calls to existing and prospective customers in a centralized call center environment. Responds to incoming or makes outgoing calls to customers and potential customers. Discusses and assesses a wide range of personal financial needs and recommends and offers products or services that meet or exceed the customer's needs. Develops customer profiles for other specialized products such as trust, investments, etc., and sends profiles to appropriate product line support for follow-up sales calls. Provides customer service responding to questions about accounts and resolving various problems and processing errors. Interfaces with other sales staff and ensures referrals are responded to in a timely manner.
