What You’ll be Doing

TTEC supports a number of government contracts for both long term and short term assignments. When a national emergency strikes, we’re at the ready. These positions are fulfilling as you support those US residents when they are at their time of need.

You’ll be managing the full-cycle recruitment for management, professional and executive hires within a specific business segment. This role is responsible for the sourcing, interviewing and selection of candidates for various levels of positions promoting a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. General Summary:

The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Council Project Manager is directly responsible for internal facing management of the implementation of projects; including but not limited to existing, embedded base revenue producing and internal client account projects. The Project Manager will work with and act as an internal facing liaison between primary cross functional ttec groups to deliver projects on time, according to specifications and within established targets. Additional responsibilities may include adhoc internal support to Principals, Senior Principals or Directors in the preparation and execution of large scale embedded base account and/or new logo activity.

The DEI Council Project Manager is expected to rely on their industry and operational experience, outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills, proactivity, flexibility, attention to detail and sound judgment to efficiently plan and accomplish critical business and departmental objectives within a diverse range of business environments. This position requires minimal supervision from senior management and is expected to perform well while working independently and leading an internal project team.

The dedicated DEI Project Manager will be responsible for providing general PM support for activities associated with the objectives of TTEC’s DEI Council, including but not limited to the following:

  • Provide PM support to the DEI Council workstreams

  • Prepare agendas and manage the Council’s weekly team meetings

  • Own and manage the process of vetting TTEC endorsed charities and maintaining current list

  • Coordinate activities related to TTEC’s participation in the Price Waterhouse Coopers CEO Pledge

  • Research and mine the CEO Pledge library for best practices and collateral to support DEI objectives

  • Coordinate and manage TTEC’s external guest speaker series on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics

  • Produce regular status reports on progress of DEI workstreams, as well as DEI metrics and goals

  • Manage and support vetting of Employee Resource Groups, and documentation of Affinity groups

  • Prepare slideware for executive presentations to be delivered to the EC and BOD
