What You'll be Doing

You'll help people every single day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering questions.
What You’ll be Doing Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. In this role, you’ll be responding to phone, web entry and chat inquiries about a corporate suite of tax products and software.
During a Typical Day, You’ll • Answer incoming and support outgoing follow up communications from customers via phone, chat or web entry • Work on cases and tickets • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
What You Bring to the Role • 2 years or more of customer service experience • Associate degree or higher education • Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge • Computer savvy with experience working in Excel, Adobe, Salesforce and preferably tax software
