Fluent Bilingual Mandarin Chinese and English
High School Diploma or GED required
Six months of customer service or sales experience
Ability to build rapport with a customer quickly, ask probing questions, and meet the customer’s needs
Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
Must have demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
Training schedule (4 weeks): 9:30 am - 6:15 PM Eastern Time
Initial schedule after training; Mon - Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time.

What can you expect as an RCI Travel Guide?
Our Travel Guides speak to RCI members and assist them in booking all aspects of travel (i.e. flight, hotel, car, etc.) while selling vacation products and services
Training schedule: 6 weeks comprehensive training program designed to make you successful - Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
After training schedule: Starting the 7th week you will be assigned 8-hour shifts starting between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. throughout the week and one weekend day is required with a schedule of 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
