  1. CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION - Serves as the main point of contact, interacting with the client daily, ensuring the client is happy with the services provided. Works to understand client’s brand and marketing goals pinpoint and develop strategic plans and tactics to reach client’s objectives. Develops and nurtures excellent relationships, reflected in very high client satisfaction and retention rates with a net promoter score of 8+.

  2. ACCOUNT STRATEGY & EXECUTION – Manages successful client programs by developing effective strategies and tactical plans for achieving the client’s goals and objectives.   4. REPORTING AND ANALYSIS – Oversees account reporting and pacing and communicates performance and provides recommendations to clients. Provides clients with regular reporting, analyzes data to find opportunities or trends, and digs further to understand root causes and solutions. Analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns and communicates results and recommendations for future campaigns based on data. Delivers end-of-month reports and presentations with the story clearly illustrated, supported by data-driven insights, and provides strategic program recommendations to clients.

  5. LEAD MANAGE AND HOLD YOUR TEAM ACCOUNTABLE- Trains and develops associates by leading their efforts with the goal to successfully execute effective marketing campaigns. Supervises associate activities manage workloads and delegates tasks while ensuring successful and timely execution of deliverables. Responsibilities:

  1. Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution – Actively drive client strategy and campaign execution for influencer campaigns. Work with Client Services leadership to develop an overall strategic approach to delivering influencer marketing services.

As the Acceleration Partners’ influencer offering grows, lead, manage and hold accountable a team of influencer specialists overseeing a significant client portfolio.

  4. Client Service & Communication– Display confidence and expertise while communicating and interacting with clients, while quickly developing trust to nurture excellent relationships. and receive approval to test new digital strategies. Engage clients in active, meaningful conversations to gain their approval to test new influencer strategies to complement their affiliate marketing campaigns. Flag potential issues and roadblocks that may impact a client’s success, along with solutions on how to resolve them. Verbal, written, and presentation skills are top-notch, high-quality, and represent AP’s standards.

  5. Thought Leadership – Proactively share influencer marketing expertise with the wider company by offering guidance and insights. Where relevant, share influencer marketing news and industry insights with team members, illustrating why and how the news may impact our affiliate marketing clients and/or business.
