Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, update, and post job descriptions within our internal marketplace while working in tandem with our Talent Success Partners to ensure all requirements are captured appropriately.

• Coordinate with Talent Success Partners on interview requests received and confirm or reschedule through VMS technology

• Obtain and confirm first-day reporting information for talent selected to start assignments

• Assist with building communication templates for each stage of the recruitment life-cycle

• Conduct periodic assignment check-ins to monitor talent engagement and success

• Create and update various SOPs, workflows, client profiles, and processes

Pre-Requisites

•3+ years’ experience at an agency, staffing firm within a similar high-volume role, or

•3+ years’ experience within a Human Resources department in a high-volume environment

•Strong experience in MS Suite or Google Suite, with advanced skills in formulas & pivot tables

• Demonstrated ability to move quickly without compromising intuition and quality

• Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth, yet collaborative environment. Must be highly comfortable working under pressure.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong passion for process improvement and obsessive attention to detail

• Previous experience in working with MSPs and/or VMS technologies is a huge plus

What you’ll do:

*Operate as a full-cycle Recruiter in our Marketing/Communications/Design vertical across all lines of business (MSP, Enterprise, SMB) supporting high-volume recruiting operations - this is a fast-moving role focused on talent evaluation, interviewing, and presenting for approximately 25-30 requisitions per week.

*Create and maintain meaningful relationships with customer Hiring Managers through a lens of subject matter expertise and industry consultation.

*Successful track record of identifying exceptional talent while hitting aggressive growth metrics

*Experience in diversity sourcing and recruiting methodologies for top talent

*Ability to adapt and manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment

*Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and adjust strategy as needed

*Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Suite


The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed:

*4+ years experience of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience, with preferably 2+ years in a start-up, high volume, or high growth environment, ideally focused on marketing/communications/design opportunities

*Must be comfortable with faced paced, constantly changing startup environment

*Experience working with MSP/VMS environment is highly preferred

The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem solver with some previous experience in sales, recruiting and staffing, SaaS, or other relationship-building industries. You are looking to contribute and learn in a dynamic, fast-growing technology business.

What you'll do:

  • Retain and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts through proactive one-to-one customer engagements.

  • Manage active Book of Business to ensure healthy client accounts, community hires and low churn rates.

  • Drive activity that will ensure the shortest time to value delivered for customers.

  • Consult with hiring managers and HR leaders across various industries to capture their business needs and work together on how to successfully attract and hire candidates.

  • Conduct virtual meetings according to Customer Success methodology to drive adoption, ensure retention and maximize upsell opportunities.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen across multiple customers at one time, connecting trends as you go.

  • Collaborate with your peers across all business units to provide your customers with a seamless experience regardless of their needs.

  • Display excellent presentation skills and verbal interaction to ensure a solid relationship with all customers.

  • Help the team and company achieve OKRs.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

● Support administration and operations of full deal life-cycle - acting as an intermediary between internal and external customers.

● Receive, review, update, and post job descriptions within our internal marketplace while working in tandem with our Talent Managers to ensure all requirements are captured appropriately.

● Submit identified candidates within various MSP programs and VMS technologies as directed by Talent Managers

● Collect, review, and house all other required onboarding paperwork

● Attend weekly status report calls for various customers and provide direct updates to Talent Managers and leadership

● Assist with market area research as requested

● 3+ years’ experience in a coordination type role, driving efficient processes and responsible for a high transaction volume.

● 3+ years’ experience within a Human Resources department, or a staffing firm, in a high-volume environment is of immense benefit.

● Strong experience in MS Suite or Google Suite, with advanced skills in formulas & pivot tables
