This role will directly report to the CSM Manager for TeamSnap’s Sports Organization with cross-functional stakeholders including product, marketing, sales, support, and finance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a territory of 550 - 650 existing customers

  • Achieving customer goals with our product

  • Product adoption

  • Payments adoption and retention

  • Account expansion


What'll set you up for success:

  • 2-3 years experience working in customer success or account management roles for a software product (B2B and/or B2C), web application (SaaS preferred) or payments processor.

  • A passion for identifying underutilized or new services a customer can benefit from and the persistence to make sure the customer understands those benefits.

  • High attention to detail. Exceptional prioritization and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid customer management skills. You are empathetic, drive customer trust and know-how to both set and meet customer expectations.

  • Previous experience using a CRM system (preferably Salesforce).

  • A great sense of humor, a competitive sales mindset, and the ability to work with multiple people and multiple groups.

  • Ability to work with a distributed team and communicate effectively by IM (Slack), phone, and video conference.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience playing, coaching or administrating team sports.

  • Experience in a high-growth tech startup atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Use your technical recruiting chops to find innovative tech talent to help scale our engineering teams.

  • Create technical sourcing channels that align with current and future pipeline needs.

  • Leverage data and insights so you can have productive conversations with teams and stakeholders.

The TeamSnap Sales Development Representative is an entry-level sales role that will be responsible for generating quality, interesting leads for the TeamSnap Sales Team to further vet and convert to new customers.

TeamSnap is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist for the Sports Organizations line of business. You’ll be at the forefront of one of TeamSnap’s most strategic investments and you will help enable and develop a growing sales team while playing a strategic role in supporting the team to achieve growth objectives. To be successful, you’re creative, passionate, collaborative, and at the core, a coach/trainer. You will help define the sales enablement strategy and identify training needs, create and deliver new training programs, and document best practices and guidelines. Fortunately, you’ve got plenty of support behind you, including a passionate sales leadership team, a dedicated sales operations team and an armada of cross-functional resources from product marketing to product managers. If you’re passionate about sports, comfortable with technology, and a trainer at heart, you sound like the Sales Enablement Specialist we’re looking for.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Planning, coordinating, and deployment of all necessary Sales and CS training. If you love putting together curriculums and slide decks, we want to meet you!

  • Sharing industry knowledge and techniques, practices, and tools that can support the work of the Sales/CS team

  • Supporting Product and service launches by helping the team understand the company’s solutions and how to sell them
