We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls and chat in a high-energy work from home environment.

  • Competitive hourly rate – opportunities start at $13 per hour but can vary by role

  • Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates must be available for a 40 hours work schedule within the hours of operation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Experience dealing with customers in a technical support environment in an enterprise environment preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required.

  • Multi-tasking skills showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred.

  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.

  • Full-time availability
