The Logistics Coordinator will triage client complaints regarding supply quality, delivery or missed sample pick-ups. He or she is responsible for managing issues to resolution and documenting outcomes and working with the Logistics Specialist to modify processes to achieve 100% timely delivery and receipt of samples.
