Experience working in the digital currency industry preferred.

5+ years of responsibility in business process modeling
3+ years in financial services
A minimum of three years of human resources and recruiting experience.
Knowledge of HRISs and HR databases. Ultimate Kronos Group preferred.
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
4 to 7 years BSA/AML experience in account analytics, investigations, alert dispositioning, and account review processes
4 to 7 years general banking or regulatory agency experience, with an emphasis in compliance and/or operations
Bachelor’s Degree in the business-related subject or at least 5 years of equivalent experience required
Strong capabilities in financial analysis
Working knowledge of Digital Assets (e.g., Bitcoin) is a plus
Minimum of two years previous personal or commercial banking and general banking experience.
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of bank operations and Cash Management products.
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
7+ years related Test Practice Management experience, including having built a Testing organization from the ground up.
Experience with Global Pay Plus System (GPP) a must
The individual will have a minimum of 5 years of business analysis related to payments processing for a financial institution or Service Provider, 7+ years' experience overall as a Business or Systems Analyst
Minimum 10 years of experience managing core banking and ancillary deposit platforms
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Banking or Financial systems
