Requirements for the role

  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a rotating schedule with varying 8-hour shifts starting anytime between 7:00 am - 11:00 am in your local time zone.

  • Manage large, high profile, cross-functional programs, and projects across Support

  • Create strong, trusting relationships with various stakeholders including members of the C-Suite, Support directors, project managers, and other senior team leads

  • Gather program & project requirements, write briefs and develop detailed execution plans (briefs, timelines, budgets, resource & quality plans)
