Description Robert Half Direct is partnering with an established financial services business seeking a Customer Service Associate to join the team. Employee Benefits are available and bonus compensation is based on company performance. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve client service requests

  • New account set up and account maintenance

  • Administer account transfers, contributions, and withdrawals

  • Facilitate insurance quotes and applications

  • Maintain client records (database, electronic and physical files, other platform tools)

  • Data gathering, entry, and needs analysis

  • Prepare for client meetings and handle follow-up for clients and team members

  • Maintain client contact throughout the financial planning process

  • Maintain and update existing tools and processes

  • Partner with Financial Planning and Investment teams

  • Monthly client billing

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Financial services experience or applicable internship experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

We're looking for a skilled, full-time Senior Accountant to join a budding company in the Real Estate & Property industry in the Atlanta, Georgia area. As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. This position offers you great long-term potential and a strong compensation and benefits package. This Senior Accountant role is with a company in the Real Estate & Property field and is located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, and direct HR-related activities to meet or exceed established goals in a cost-effective manner

· Lead, communicate, and coach to cultivate a motivated associate environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownership

· Prepare all required reports and correspondence

· Develop, implement, and monitor department budget and manages expenses within approved budget constraints

· Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement

· Assist leaders in defining and executing workforce planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels

· Assist in establishing and supporting HR-specific performance metrics.

· Establish performance monitoring and assessment and reward processes, ensuring process and tools are understood and fully utilized

Responsibilities


- Boost accountability and the meeting of deliverables


- Partake in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting


- Other distinguished duties when required


- Sophisticated preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits


- Mark and expand process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency


- Support implementation and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures


- Support the accounting team during the closing process to confirm deadlines are met


- Secure regular account reconciliation to completion


- Analyze and create Ad Hoc financial reports


- Formulate relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like actual spend against budgets/outlook, key financial metrics, and the monthly flash report


- Contribute to ensuring a competent, trained staff through development, goal setting, and regular assessment


- Organize multiple procedures, policies, and technical accounting analyses


- Backfill for Controller where applicable.

Qualifications for the Compensation Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required

  • 3+ years of compensation analysis experience is required

  • Strong technical and data analysis skills required

  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods is required

  • Extensive knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices is required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; high-level Excel skills, including use of basic formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups

  • Experience with Workday is preferred

  • Global compensation experience, specifically in Canada is preferred.
