This is a remote position, allowing you to work from your home office. Hours will be full-time, 40 hrs a week during business hours.
Job responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, emails, chats, and take required actions to assist the customers. Anticipate customers’ potential needs, and determine appropriate responses.
Provide comprehensive and accurate responses by consulting available resource material and information. Keep required reference materials up-to-date.
Problem solve technical issues and escalate issues as appropriate

Responsibilities

You will report to the People Operations Manager and work closely with colleagues across the globe in the People team and the finance team. In this role you will:
Manage enrollments, terminations, and claims for Global benefits for all our locations including Argentina, the USA, UK, Ireland, and Spain
Support team members with their benefits inquiries through our ticketing system
Assist in reviewing possible new benefits, ensuring we cover any legal requirements in specific locations.
Support the Director, Internal Communications, with the rollout of new benefits to increase employee understanding and engagement.
