We offer Remote Inside Sales positions in 31 states- AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, PA, OK, OR, RI, SC, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI.


As an Inside Sales Web Chat Representative, you will be handling inbound leads from customers going to libertymutual.com. You will communicate with customers through Chat, Audio, and video. As you consult customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits with the goal to convert leads into customers. Pay Details:

  • $45,700 – $46,700 base

  • Uncapped Monthly Sales Incentive with an average monthly range of $500-$1500

  • Total Average Earnings:50k-$65k (first year)

  • During the first 6-8 weeks of training, your schedule will be Mon-Fri, (9-5:30 pm CT).

  • During the subsequent 10 weeks of onboarding, your schedule will be Mon – Fri starting 11:30 pm & 2:30 pm.

  • After onboarding is completed and your transition to your regular position. Weekend shift starting times typically vary between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm (based on your assigned site’s hours of operations). One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) will be required with an alternate day off mid-week every other week.

  • You can expect to work this schedule for a minimum of 9 months before consideration for another shift.
