Randstad Office Professionals is seeking 8 Medical Administrative Assistants for a Scheduling/Coordinating position that is working remotely! This position is FULLY REMOTE and will require candidates to have their own computer with stable ethernet and headset. Responsibilities


  • Monitoring Vertice queues for approved cases

  • Entering cases into the Clinical Services workflow system (SharePoint)

  • Formatting and augmenting base IPE documents as required

  • Requesting medical records from claims professionals (generally by email)

    • Frequent and extended follow-up on requests to assure timely receipt of records

    • Canceling cases when records are not ultimately received


  • Printing, copying, and sorting medical records according to process parameters

  • Assigning cases to pharmacists according to established sequences

  • Scheduling consultation calls between pharmacists and prescribers (generally by phone)

  • Scheduling Results calls between pharmacists and claims professionals and others.

Pay: $12/hr for 4 weeks, then $13-$14.10/hr
