  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 1:00 PM - 10 PM EST

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 11:00 PM- 10:00 PM EST

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - hours vary based on business need

Work from home office requirements

  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions

  • Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem with minimum speed of 10mbps down and 1mbps up

  • A computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable (no wireless connection)

  • All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector   

  • High-speed internet access is at your expense unless otherwise required by law

Compensation

  • $16.50-$18.50

  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance

  • An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Customer understanding, customer journey mapping, and journey analysis in an effort to improve the customer experience and optimize ROI of customer communication program

  • Plan and execute delivery of Progressive Leasing’s customer communication strategy

  • Manage creative, messaging, and content development for customer communication program

  • Oversee deployment of email and SMS campaigns

  • Ensure campaign execution and delivery

  • Measure and report program results, refining customer segmentation and customer messaging as appropriate

  • Manage CRM platform and vendor relationship

  • Partner with lease Product team and Engineering teams to ensure customer data integrity across all touchpoints

  • Explore and test new types of communications and communication channels

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ year's marketing experience in customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty marketing

  • Experience designing and executing email and SMS campaigns

  • Experience working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Strong technical background, problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and analytical ability, and attention to detail

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners

  • Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript and best practices for email design and inbox delivery

  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Experience collaborating and coordinating in a geographically dispersed organization (North America)

  • Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver, WordPress, or other web design

  • Animation experience

  • Collaborate with product marketers, designers, copywriters, engineers, sales managers, project managers, and stakeholders on a daily basis to execute first-class work

  • Represent design at a senior level with other cross-functional teams

  • Lead visual design efforts within Product and partner with Marketing on overall branding

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of design experience

  • 2+ years of managing design teams

  • Expertise in utilizing the Design Thinking methodology to build great consumer products

  • Skilled at utilizing composition, typography, color, and imagery

  • Mastery of Sketch, XD, Figma, or similar UI design tool

  • Strong visual design, branding, and storytelling experience

  • Portfolio demonstrating ability to implement a combination of strategic, conceptual, and design skills

  • Advanced ability to create original, persuasive, and visually compelling work

  • Solid understanding of responsive design for web, email, video, and animation
