GBA Responsibilities

Requirements

Earnings Overview:
$14.10/hour! $.235 per productive minute under 25 hours worked a week - paid for all time in Available, Talk, Wrap, and Hold
$17.10/hour! $.285 per productive minute over 25.01 hours worked a week - paid for all time in Available, Talk, Wrap, and Hold

Requires you to be hard-wired using Ethernet Cable to your computer - you will be removed on Day 1 if you do not pass the systems scan confirming you are hard-wired!
Types of Calls:
This project will be handling inbound calls from people who are getting a pre-paid debit card. Calls could include “What is my balance?”, to “My card is lost – how do I get a new one?”
You’ll learn how to verify a customer’s identity, dealing with sensitive and private information, and ensure you are following all client policies and protocols
You will be taking inbound calls, noting customer accounts, and talking/typing at the same time.
You’ll need to have great verbal and written communication skills, be able to use a computer with confidence, and navigate client systems to find information for callers.
You must have STRONG attention to detail - our clients require you to be very diligent in verifying identity, authorizing transactions, and ensuring customers are who they say they are.
This is a phone-based project – you will be on calls most of the time!

Service Revenue:
At Omni, you are in control of your schedule. You will pick your hours with specific requirements, which directly relate to your earnings.
Below 60% Customer Ratings on surveys:
$14/hour under 18 hours/week worked
$17/hour for all hours if you work at least 18.01 hours/week & at least 6 of those hours must be on Saturday and/or Sunday
Above 60% Customer Ratings on surveys:
$14/hour under 18 hours/week worked
$18/hour for all hours if you work at least 18.01 hours/week & at least 6 of those hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
Hours of Operation: 9am-9pm Eastern time Monday through Sunday
Certification:
10 days (1 tech day, 4 classroom days + 5 Earn & Learn Days) - Multiple class times available - 10am-4:30pm ET OR 1:30pm to 8pm ET!
