  • Process orders from customers via telephone calls or live chat and enter data into the order entry system

  • Provide customers with critical product information that ensures customer satisfaction

  • Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues arising from Internet and catalog

  • Track customer packages

  • Produce and distribute compensation-related reporting and audits

  • Execute pay structure and individual pay changes related to minimum wage and minimum salary increases

  • Partner with Compensation Consultants to perform client-based project work

  • Support annual compensation review process in Workday by participating in the planning, completing audits, and creating reports

  • Administer incentive programs for an annual bonus, commissions, and productivity incentives

  • Create and maintain process documentation and workflows, streamlining processes where possible

  • Maintain and publish plan documents for compensation programs

  • Research and resolve employee portal cases escalated from HR Service Center

  • Partner with Compensation Consultants to conduct job analysis and to articulate recommendations and rationale for new and existing jobs

  • Design, build, manage, and evolve reporting, dashboards, and other self-service tools for our key stakeholders.

  • Partner with Business teams to understand their analytics needs and look for opportunities to enhance our product offering.

  • Collaborate with other Analysts and Engineers to develop data/table structures, optimizing for Dashboards and other self-service needs.

  • Offer strategic guidance to both analysts and business teams on how to best leverage our tools.

  • Serve as a partner in providing business requirements to the HR Technology Delivery team.
