ModSquad has partnered with multiple top-tier brands/clients across the globe and we need the best of the best in Engagement and Moderation! Do you have an Engagement and Moderation background? Do you enjoy work-from-home and flexible schedules? ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors to join our network! If you want the chance to work gigs on the coolest of client projects...then ModSquad is the place for you!! Our clients are strictly Top Tier whose product offerings and services are hip, contemporary, and very current. You will instantly know who they are and very likely use them yourselves. Their customers expect the best service and support and that's where we come in. Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon. We are looking for English-speaking moderators! You will be moderating the client's forums and do limited engagement as well. Project Hours: 12 hours a day - every other hour - 7 days a week Hourly Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase Orientation Details: Start Date - will be discussed during the interview Live orientation - 1 hour

Moderator Position

Do you enjoy work-from-home and flexible schedules? ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors to join our network! If you want the chance to work gigs on the coolest of client projects...then ModSquad is the place for you!! Our clients are strictly Top Tier whose product offerings and services are hip, contemporary, and very current. You will instantly know who they are and very likely use them yourselves. Their customers expect the best service and support and that's where we come in. Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon. This project will be customer support - tickets and assisting with outbound calls, in the event that troubleshooting needs to be completed in real-time. Project Hours: 7 am - 7 pm PST, Mon-Fri Hourly Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase Commitment: 15-20 hours per week Orientation Data: Beginning-mid January. SPO and Live. Around 10 hours over the course of one week. Project Start Date: Beginning-mid January NOTE: There is a 90-day bonus of $100 if QA/prod expectations and time commitment is met.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Has a good working knowledge of windows based file systems, and navigating the Windows OS

  • Must be transparent and forthright

  • Must have a positive approach to resolving customer issues

  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Must have a quiet working space where phone support can be provided

  • Must have an excellent telephone demeanor

  • Must be able to pick up new software quickly

  • Has good communication and engagement skills

  • Has excellent written communication skills

You will be providing customer service over chats, tickets, and phones to assist customers with the parking app. Project Hours: 4 am - 5 pm PST, Mon-Fri Hourly Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase Commitment: 10 days per week 90 days (as needed) Orientation Start Date: 12/27/2021, length and type to be determined- Not yet filled Project Start Date: ASAP
