As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be handling inbound calls driven in by TV, Internet, Mail, and Third-Party Marketing. You will consult customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers.​

Pay Details:

  • $5000 Signing Bonus ​

  • Uncapped Monthly Sales Incentive with an average monthly range of $2K-$3K​

  • Total Average Earnings:55k-$70k (first year)​

  • Starting Base $33,900​

  • Potential for Top Sales Representatives to make over 100k annually ​

  • We are offering work-from-home options along with traditional in-office positions depending on location.​

  • During the first 6-8 weeks of training, your schedule will be Mon-Fri, (9-5:30 pm CT).​

  • During the subsequent 12 weeks of onboarding, your hours will remain the same. One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) will be required with an alternate day off mid-week. ​

  • After onboarding is completed and you transition to your regular position, your schedule will start between the hours of 12:00pm and 2:30pm. Weekend shift starting times typically vary between 10:00am and 1:00pm (based on your assigned site’s hours of operations). One weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) will be required with an alternate day off mid-week. ​

  • You can expect to work this schedule for a minimum of 9 months before consideration for another shift.​

Fast Path Inside Property Claims Team Manager A Claims Team Manager coaches and develops a team of 5-8 claims representatives/specialists responsible for the management, investigation, and resolution of claims, ensuring a high-quality work product, while continuously developing talent by assisting with the selection of top talent. The Team Manager promotes a culture of claims customer service excellence where all are committed to providing a differentiated customer experience. This position will support the Central, Mountain, or West Coast time zone. Responsibilities:

  • Leads and develops a team of representatives/specialists ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely resolution of claims that may include high exposure/complex cases.

  • Continuously develops talent by creating opportunities for direct reports to grow and strengthen new skills.

  • Promotes claims customer service excellence by building empathy and passion for the customer experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

  • Proactively assists in selecting top talent, delivering continuous coaching, and rewarding and recognizing employees to reinforce behavior that ensures service excellence.

Senior Auto Claims Adjusters assist policyholders when they need us most. Responsibilities

  • Under moderate supervision, responsible for obtaining and maintaining essential information to handle complex (moderate) clear liability auto claims.

  • Show care and compassion to policyholders during their events.

  • Responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims.

  • Completes review of policy and accident details to determine coverage and damages owed.

  • May ensure the adequacy of reserves, confirm or deny coverage and liability, and advises policyholders and claimants as to the proper course of action.

  • Arranges for expert inspections involving a third party or potential fraud actions as needed.

  • Updates files and provides comprehensive reports as required.

  • Identifies and recommends referral of potentially fraudulent claims to the SIU.


Note: This is a remote position with compensation based on geographic location, skill and experience.

Job Summary:

As a member of the IT Labor Category team in Procurement, you will be responsible for the negotiations and contracting related to IT Labor. The Contracts Manager will partner with other procurement team members on project execution and will lead vendor negotiations on behalf of Liberty Mutual. Responsible for executing legal and risk requirements into all contracts. Responsible for proactively review any upcoming expiring contract and partner with business and IT stakeholders on future plans and then translate those requirements into a contract. Bring industry subject matter expertise from IT space to contracts for contractual terms and service level requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Procurement Category team to effectively manage the IT Labor Category.

  • Proactively manage expiring contracts/Statements of Work (SoW) and partner with business stakeholders to properly disposition into a renewal or termination. Advise business stakeholders where there is an opportunity to improve Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) and rate-based and commercial improvements.

  • Leads negotiations with vendors on commercial terms including rate, as well as SLAs on all IT Labor contracts/SoWs.

  • Leads Master Services Agreement (MSA) negotiations with vendors and partners with legal and risk teams to lead to a final contract/SoW.

  • Advises business stakeholder teams on proper SLAs or measurement criteria based on contractual spend and type.

  • Works with Procurement team to create and execute Request for Proposals (RFPs) to find and select vendors.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities through the contracting process.
