For this role, you must be available to work between 16:00 - 24:00 UTC, and will also be required to work weekends. This is a fully remote role requiring English fluency.

You have 3+ years of related experience managing other managers and supervisors
You have 2+ years of experience in program or project management
BS/BA, preferably in a business field
Minimum of 7 + years of benefits experience.
3+ years experience partnering with Legal as an HR Generalist, HR Ops Specialist or in the in-house legal department in a high growth company, ideally in the tech industry
