The Role

Hopin is seeking a Customer Strategy and Operations Manager who is passionate about making users successful is analytical and thrives in deeply collaborative cultures. You will be supporting our Customer organization, acting as a thought partner, and driving execution for key organizational and company initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic partner to functional leaders in the Customer Organization to plan, evolve, and grow our go-to-market approach.

  • Define and continuously manage key performance metrics for the organization

  • Leverage data-driven and analytical approaches to identify customer experience gaps and commercial opportunities while developing a deeper understanding of our users

Manager, Renewals Team - North America

The Role:

Hopin is seeking an energetic, customer-centric, and seasoned sales & customer success professional to lead a team of talented Renewal Managers. As more people participate in Hopin Events around the world, our demand continues to grow monthly. Your mission will be to coach, support, and grow a team of high-performing RMs who own the annual renewal process for all of Hopin’s customers.

This person will report directly to the Head of Renewals in the Customer Experience organization and be directly responsible for delivering successful outcomes in both retention rates and expansion at renewal.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecast retention and sales targets across renewal managers in multiple regions; coach and champion your team in their day-to-day - both in a customer-facing capacity as well as internally to optimize for efficiency and success

  • Partner with Customer Experience, Sales & Operations to scale near term and long term initiatives

  • Build process and corresponding documentation to centralize and standardize renewal best practices, playbooks, and decrease new team member ramp times

  • Leverage data to identify gaps in the current process and propose solutions to improve outcomes and influence change

  • Escalate difficult customer conversations across GTM and company leadership to ensure customer success

  • Oversee and run Support Ops for our 24/7 global, remote Support Team

  • Responsible for all workforce management planning including capacity planning and staffing

  • Oversee the outsource partner relationships and performance

  • Keep our team running smoothly with great process management

  • Optimize our multichannel strategy including Chat and email plus build additional channels to meet customers needs

  • Optimize and refine the data and content infrastructure for a multi-brand business

  • Create the successful integration of centralized services teams, establishing shared processes and policies to improve the customer experience and better enable the team

  • Partner with Strategy Ops to design and execute backend system technology improvements to reduce agent handle time

  • Develop strategies to increase the quality of service through VoC analysis

About You

  • 7+ years experience within a multi-channel contact center
