Job Description

This is a remote position; the selected candidate can reside and perform the work from anywhere within the United States.

Some of what you’ll do:

  • Establish a framework for how OnStar Guardian thinks about partnerships.

  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to influence roadmap development.

  • Source and socialize new projects and opportunities (internal and external), championing the process through negotiation, while maintaining the relationship through its lifecycle.

  • By building strong relationships, your domain expertise and forward-looking vision will help to re-imagine opportunities with existing and new partners.

  • Involve key stakeholders as needed to ensure we’re optimizing the impact of our collaboration.

  • Be a trusted advisor and compelling pitch person. You will create and deliver compelling presentations that get our partners excited about our work.

  • Engage in and sometimes drive internal and external conversations related to platform partner APIs that impact our Membership growth.

About the role:

Project and Program Management Teams are responsible for the delivery of the output/product of the program, which will involve managing a portfolio of projects and programs. Coordinate the teams who are working on the various projects. Responsible for ensuring that all business deliverables are identified and accounted for in the project plan with responsibility and due dates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor and report on project status

  • Manage the identification, documentation, and traceability of business requirements

  • Provide guidance and support during the execution of change management activities

  • Investigate and document complex business processes

  • Develop project status reports for senior leadership

  • Coordinate the input and approval of various project design and decision documents

  • Defines program strategy, balancing customer and other requirements

  • Developing tracking scorecards and metrics to illustrate status and ownership. Developing milestone reviews for the key milestones and ensuring the team is on track to deliver.

  • Track business resources and identify any shortages based on project plans

  • Ability to lead strategic process and systems discussions with senior leadership.

About the role:


Social Care Performance Lead is responsible for managing the efficient performance of the Care advisors and providing support for them to be successful in building relationships with customers and improving brand image in Social Media channels.


Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Must be able to work Nights and Weekends on a rotational basis and maintain flexibility to change schedules with little notice based on business need.

· Provide input to GM training and curriculum development.

· Build and promote a team culture that puts the customer at the center of everything that we do while also delivering operational excellence and maintaining an engaging, vibrant workplace.

· Manage team efficiency to achieve service/customer response targets.

· Contribute to defining and team adherence to processes that produce best-in-class social consumer care experiences and find opportunities for constant improvement.

· Assist in the research and resolution of escalated situations, provide root cause analysis and necessary corrective actions.

· Drive process compliance and overall performance with Call Center leadership.

· Perform Quality Audits (QA) on assigned advisors and identify opportunities in quality, process compliance and customer experience – deliver advisor feedback.

· Supervise assigned group of contract Advisors, providing all necessary supervisory and support functions for the team.


Prior analytics experience with personal lines insurance marketing, product, pricing/rate-making, underwriting, claims, digital experience, and/or operations is a big plus. We also provide support for any candidates pursuing the Casualty Actuarial Society credential.

  • Identifies, develops, and implements data strategy across disparate systems and experiences in collaboration with business and technology teams

  • Performs testing and validation of data sets

  • Leverages a wide range of statistical methodologies and data to tackle business problems

  • Documents analysis and communicates effectively to a non-technical audience

  • Serves as a “trusted advisor” to product, business intelligence, data science, IT, and other teams on the use and analysis of data

  • Thrives in reciprocal environments with leaders and managers to resolve and address ad-hoc data and reporting needs.

The Role:

The General Motors Communications Research & Analytics team is looking for a creative and critical thinker who can leverage research and analytics to allow us to make timely and strategic decisions. They must be able to turn corporate research and analytics into actionable insights for our function and leadership. They will be able to work with teams throughout the company and must be comfortable driving change.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Internal Communications to identify and articulate key metrics and insights for organizational goals. Connect employee research findings with other employee data sets, including Socrates (GM’s Intranet), Yammer and external data for holistic insights

  • Lead monthly report outs with Internal Communications to help inform strategy for monthly employee survey research, Socrates, Yammer and relevant external data

  • Support development of employee internal focus group research and message testing as needed. Work with and manage third-party vendors to facilitate

  • Assist in managing GM’s global reputation research for key markets. Lead survey development and reporting

  • Support development and quarterly reporting of a global scorecard to help inform decision making around corporate reputation

  • Continuously review our current tool stack and processes, identify any gaps, and drive processes that create easily accessible, metric-informed decisions across our organization

  • Assist with ad-hoc research and analysis requests under tight deadlines

  • Work with external research partners to maintain project timelines, ad-hoc requests and reports
