About You:

You are an experienced Account Manager/individual contributor with a passion for healthcare. You have experience managing a portfolio of mid-size clients. You can navigate a complex array of stakeholders with the ultimate goal of creating enduring partnerships that create significant value as well as advocates within your client’s community. You ensure our clients hit or exceed their account performance goals and secure client renewals. You execute effectively and efficiently with a high degree of professionalism.

You identify and collaborate to problem-solve roadblocks before they become barriers to client success.

You listen intensely and ask questions to identify how we can grow and expand within our client’s membership. You work collaboratively, internally and externally, with various teams such as Implementation, User Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to deliver against customer expectations.

About the Chief of Staff:

At Foodsmart, we’ve experienced a wonderful period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified chief of staff to work closely with our executive team. From day one, the chief of staff will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

Objectives of this Role:

- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.

- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

- Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.

- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.


Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth program support, including appointment scheduling, billing, and credentialing support, to make sure that our telehealth office runs smoothly

  • Work with our dietitian providers to collect and submit credentialing information

  • Work with health plans to complete online enrollment tasks for claims submission and payment

  • Create & submit monthly reports with program metrics and dietitian metrics

  • Be courteous and helpful to patients, customers, and dietitians using phone, email, and video to troubleshoot and provide guidance

  • Monitor digital health tools & our electronic health record platform to proactively identify user experience problems and find solutions

  • Be a team player to help our telehealth program grow quickly

  • Jump in to support other customers & patient support needs
