Healthcare Inbound Call Centre Representatives – REMOTE WORK FROM HOME

  • Call Service Representatives provides new and existing members and providers with the best possible service in relation to billing, claims, enrolment, benefits, suggestions and complaints.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the HR strategy while ensuring alignment to overall organizational and global business goals and objectives.

• Broad understanding of business operations and function as a consultant to leadership: advise leadership on people and culture matters that will drive revenue, improve retention, cultivate inclusion and diversity, increase employee satisfaction, and build a high performance and engaging environment.

• Partner with business leadership to drive results by creating new programs to accelerate the attraction, development, and retention of talent in a rapid growth environment.

• Function as a thought partner and coach to key business leaders by engaging in the business strategy and translating it into an executable people agenda.

• Drive the Employee Experience through the entire employee life cycle: Onboarding and Integration, Rewards and Recognition, Compensation, Learning & Development, and Career Development.

• Consult with leadership on Employee Relations matters.

• Support the development of an HR shared service model by identifying solutions that enhance policies, practices, and procedures.

• May manage a team of HR Generalists and Business Partners and provides leadership, direction, coaching, and development to his/her HR team.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

• Advanced knowledge of HR policies and practices.

• Strong Skills in the following: Business Acumen, Communication (written and verbal), Interpersonal, Advisory, Project Management, Analytics.

• Ability to manage fast-paced workload and add value to multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-starter who shows project ownership and enjoys working across departments.

• Ability to comfortably handle difficult conversations with all levels of the organization.

• Track record of success implementing HR initiatives that improved business results.

• High degree of comfort working with and influencing managers and leaders.

Experience, Education, Training:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• 6+ years human resource business partner experience or a blend of HR experience.

• Experience supporting both exempt and hourly employee client groups.

• Experience supporting call center, mailroom, or back-office operations remotely and in-office.

Working Conditions:

• Remote with occasional travel to Firstsource centers across the US.
