In this role, you will be:

  • Responding to customer-initiated interactions such as phone calls and emails (one-on-one communication). You'll work with our customers to get a full technical resolution of any issues they may have.

  • Conducting training events and webinars for customers (one-to-many communication).

  • Developing content to help our customers succeed. These are things like training videos, written documentation content, sample code, blog posts, and email announcements.

  • Onboarding and training new customers.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ or Remote Work From Home (the USA only)

Files.com is looking for an individual to help Files.com dominate the event and trade show circuit. In this role, you'll own Files.com's event and trade show marketing program, deploying a considerable budget as you see fit in the event and trade show space.

You will handle show selection, logistics, lead capture, and evaluation of results.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has experience and familiarity with the trade show circuit for IT companies.

Remote or In-Office Opportunity

Our Sales and Marketing team sits at our Scottsdale, AZ office. However, due to the high amount of traveling expected from this role, we are open to Remote / Work From Home candidates (the USA only).

Should you choose to Work From Home, we will expect you to travel to the office several times per year for regular meetings with the team, in addition to regular travel to all trade shows and events that we attend.

  • Developing and executing a trade show strategy to increase visibility for Files.com.

  • Traveling to all applicable events and trade shows and running the on-the-ground operations for Files.com.

  • Hiring and managing a crew of event associates to help staff Files.com presence at events and trade shows (in addition to members of the Sales and Marketing team who will also attend)

  • Deploying considerable budget and evaluating which shows/events had the highest ROI for future prioritization.
