Responsibilities
Handling account and transactional requests for assistance from the sales team and their accounts
Monitor department mailboxes and CRM queue’s to complete requests or funnel issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Investigate and follow up on reservation or rental issues to provide a positive resolution
Assist with creating communication/training materials needed to support the sales team and support team members
Run account and department report templates as needed
Provide direction and information as well as best practices guidance to sales team members looking for information
Process new sales lead - tracking success/losses/sources
Input all tasks, requests, and information into BOSS365 - CRM account tracking tool
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Maintain paper and electronic files as needed including working with SharePoint and BOSS365 CRM tool
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting

This position provides a broad range of support and assistance to both internal and external Fleet Management customers. Create Business Rental agreements, amendments, addendums as agreed to and approved between customers and the Business Rental Groups and Strategic team
Perform quality assurance audits of agreements, amendments, addendums and/or program summaries before submitting for processing
Liaison with legal counsel and all levels of management to ensure contracting policies and procedures are followed
Follow strict adherence to established processes and procedures for created all legal documents
Conduct conference calls and meetings with other departments, commissions, legal, BRSE’s/Directors to proactively seek direction and discuss issues or processes
