  • Lead development of new hiring requisitions by collaborating with hiring teams on candidate evaluation criteria, evaluation project design, and writing the job description.

  • Propose and lead process improvement initiatives aimed at scaling our hiring operations.

  • Find unique ways to source candidates and execute experiments to determine effectiveness.

  • Propose and lead high-complexity projects, turning vague problems into tightly-scoped high-impact projects and executing them against a set of success criteria.

  • Assist in growing a team of in-house attorneys dedicated to enabling DuckDuckGo's growth. You will be expected to be a leader on the team and participate in hiring and mentoring attorneys and emerging leaders.
