What You'll Do:

Responsible for managing the art direction and design for a host of our platform modernization efforts, creating a distinct servicing system that will redefine financial services management.

What You'll Do It:

Directs and designs creative for campaigns across channels primarily focused on responsive design with targeted print campaigns.

Presents and sells work.

Attends project briefings, formulates solutions and collaborates with creative to lead projects from conception to completion.

Effectively disseminate client and legal changes and incorporate changes into creative while complying with requirements, policies, and processes.

Ensures work is executed from a production standpoint.

Works directly with business partners and end-users to A/B test UX/UI solutions.

What You'll Need:

HS Diploma or GED

Even Better If You Have:

Bachelor's in Marketing or Graphic Design

4+ years Diverse client portfolio and media including mobile, web and responsive design. Must be proficient in Digital.

2+ years Credit card/Financial Design or Advertising agency or related


Remote: Utah & Arizona

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with customers on loan acquisition calls and help them complete loan applications.

  • Proactively sell the loan, along with other benefits, to the customer.

  • Ensure that all portions of the application are accurate to identify and eliminate potential business risks.

  • Help drive the completion of applications to increase receivables.

How You’ll Do It

  • Have consultative sales-based conversations with customers to promote the loan’s features and benefits.

  • Facilitate components of the credit application process including, but not limited to, identity verification, judgmental review, negotiation of loan terms, applicant agreement of loan offer, and completion of the loan application.

What You Will Do

  • You’ll spend the majority of your shift on the phone (automatic dialer, inbound and outbound), speaking with delinquent customers, listening to their concerns, and providing them with the best solutions. You’ll be a master problem solver!

  • Customer care is key- our approach to collections is about finding the right options for the customer by understanding their needs, and the options Discover has for them.

  • Working from home, you will need a quiet workspace so you can focus on our customers. You’ll also need a minimum of 5 MBPS up/download speed from your internet provider.

  • We’ll provide you with all the equipment you need! Monitors, computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, and an amazing new hire training experience. You’ll also have the best coaches to help you deliver the best service!

  • We’ll provide you with procedures and tools to handle our customer’s needs and strengthen their relationship with Discover.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality and efficient customer service through the daily management of a team.

  • Hire, motivate, recognize, reward, coach, counsel, and train direct reports.

  • Responsible for overall team development, performance, and customer experience while adhering to regulatory requirements.

How You’ll Do It

  • Recommends improvements to processes and procedures to improve overall performance, results, and customer experience. Supports and drives change initiatives.

  • Manages a team with responsibility for hire/fire decisions, performance appraisals, and pay decisions.

  • Performs general administrative tasks, including timekeeping, Workday transactions, access requests, etc.

  • Manages team performance to achieve or exceed established goals. Proactively monitors daily activities of direct reports. Implements and executes established business strategies. Manages workflow through the delegation and reassignment of work activities. Develops contests and awards that increase employee loyalty and focus.

  • Provides guidance to employees on how to handle challenging issues. Utilizes discretionary authority to approve exceptions to procedures to resolve escalated issues. Monitors feedback on a regular basis and escalate issues as appropriate. Maintains emotional consistency during times of ambiguity.

  • Documents coaching, counseling, and corrective action of direct reports. Ensures that activities of the team are in compliance with company policies and procedures,
