Shift Requirements: Start times from 7:00am - 9:30am EST.

All shifts are Monday-Friday with rotation weekends. *ALL SHIFTS ARE LISTED IN EASTERN TIMEZONE*

Starting Wage: Minimum of $16.00 hourly + 20% weekend premium pay

What You’ll Do

  • Resolve Cardmember inquiries regarding a fraud- or security-related concern; such as verifying flagged transactions, caller authentication, reporting an account as fraud, etc.

  • Take incoming calls and referrals from other departments, and at times make outbound calls.

How You’ll Do It

  • Handle inbound customer calls; complete necessary fraud verification, including caller authentication, transaction verification, etc., utilizing excellent customer service skills.

  • Collect necessary information and complete a fraud report when a customer confirms unauthorized account activity.

  • Ensure proper follow-up or escalation of account based on the call outcome.

  • Make outbound calls to verify account activity with the customer.

Qualifications You’ll Need

  • 1+ years of experience in call center/customer service

What You Will Do

  • Working from home, you will need a quiet workspace so you can focus on our customers. You’ll also need a minimum of 5 MBPS up/download speed from your internet provider.

Job Description

Supports key Marketing and Customer Service priorities through the delivery of service strategies that drive business value, build loyalty and engagement, and minimize risk. Provides and develops strategy improvements to enhance customer and agent experience, system tools, and risk controls while also maintaining focus on continuous improvement and process automation. Monitors key performance metrics to proactively assess processes for enhancements and provide actionable insights to drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities

· Leads the delivery of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support business goals.

· Monitors performance of existing business processes with respect to operational efficiency, customer experience, service delivery, and compliance.

· Identifies enhancement opportunities based on ongoing monitoring of processes to maintain/ enhance process efficiency.

· Leverages relevant data within the business process to drive insights that affect decision-making and understanding of customer/employee experiences.

· Manages the development of agent materials, system tools, policy and procedures, and risk controls.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management or related field

· In lieu of degree, 8+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution or related field

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

· 4+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution or related field

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for collecting delinquent credit card accounts through varying channels (outbound, inbound, assigned queues, and chat sessions). Minimizes losses to the company by determining the most effective course of action to take to collect the account balances where previous collection efforts have been unsuccessful.

  • Utilizes professional and influential communications to keep the goodwill of customers while securing payments. Responsible for leaving professional and urgent messages in an attempt to get the customer to call back.

How You'll Do It

  • Reviews past due accounts and calls customers to arrange an acceptable payment program for accounts from which sufficient funds cannot be collected.

  • Builds rapport with the cardmembers and works with customers to secure repayment on delinquent accounts. Reviews credit and other available information on delinquent accounts, evaluate prospects for collection of delinquent amount.

  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Handles difficult collection calls as determined by center management.


Qualifications You'll Need
