Qualifications

  • 5+ years in content strategy role or similar role (journalism, content marketing, digital marketing, communications, PR)

  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communications skills

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functional teams

  • Experience developing a content strategy, and tactically writing and/or working with writers to execute the strategy

Our Upgrade Success Managers achieve this through strong communication and organization skills and executing against a defined schedule. Clearly documents all customer interactions via Deltek’s case tracking system based on current policies and procedures. 3. Contributes to knowledge base content creation and may manage or review content contributed by others. 4.
