Field Service Engineer- remote Michigan Alabama

Conduct basic installation of technical solutions following predefined procedures and tasks in everyday activities

Escalate technical issues to more senior-level technical specialist and supports more senior-level technical specialists in complex deployments

Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and deployments

2-5 years of professional technical work experience with an Associate's Degree or greater in a technical discipline

You will:

• Manage a high number of small accounts and occasionally support Outside sales

• Learn our segment and product/service offerings

• Position our company as a driven solution by explaining technical, industry, and market information

• Join and collaborate with your colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process


Inside Product Specialist- Multiple states

You will:

• Be a technical advisor to the sales team and work cooperatively to help them fulfill and exceed their goals

• Recommend business solutions, products, and services based on the client’s need

• Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions

• Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team

• Establish relationships with customers and eventually manage your own accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building out a comprehensive & repeatable inbound/outbound sales motion to generate new leads; from initial touchpoint to sales qualified lead conversion

  • Creating, planning & executing inbound/outbound sales campaigns; focused on lead generation & qualification to drive new business with emails & calls

  • Using the Sandler Sales methodology via intensive phone/email activities, you will be creating your own conversations with our target personas about their integration needs and challenges, introduce them to Dell Boomi, and position the value of our solution

  • Document prospect conversations and updates in Salesforce with clear and concise notes

  • Converts sales-ready leads to the sales team for further follow-up

  • Utilize all social & professional channels & tools to research and engage with prospects

Requirements:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent of work experience

- 2-4 years sales/business development experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive

- Active listening skills

- Ability to learn, reason, and adapt quickly
