In this role, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions so that our customers better understand their coverage and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience.


We have a comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the team. This includes onsite training of up to 6 weeks. In response to COVID-19, we offer an onsite work environment that is in full compliance with CDC guidelines as well as changing state and local mandates. Safety precautions include but are not limited to maintaining social distancing, sanitizing stations, and facemask requirements for non-fully vaccinated colleagues.

This position is a permanent, full-time work from home to any candidate in the EST time zone which includes a $1000 sign-on bonus as well as an additional $2000 90 days post-training!

• CSRs must be able to deal compassionately with members on a one-on-one basis and focus on their needs through careful listening and patience.

• CSRs participate in ongoing training and engage in self-development.

• The CSR must be able to work independently, honor commitments to our members, and collaborate with team members to create a remarkable member experience.

• The position requires the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while resolving complex issues as advocates for our members.

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service, effective verbal and written communication skills, and willingness to adapt to a changing environment are critical to success in this role.

Required Qualifications

• To be successful, a Health Concierge requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, problem solve and effectively adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

• In addition to excellent computer skills, top candidates will possess critical thinking, professionalism, strong listening, and organizational skills and demonstrate empathy.

• A minimum of two years of Customer Service experience in a service environment, such as a call center or retail location preferred.

• Customer Service experiences in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location preferred, demonstrating the ability to be empathetic and compassionate.

• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
