Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Call Center experience

  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations is a huge plus

At COVID Clinic our patient-facing operational staff is the backbone of our organization. The Trainer is primarily responsible for the instruction, testing, and documentation of new hires and ongoing training needs for business units. The trainer should present a dynamic, lively, and flexible demeanor and have a strong knowledge of professionalism coupled with extensive knowledge of front-line registration and medical testing operation.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Presents an energetic, positive and professional training program

  • Initiates facilitate and leads training with all staff members

  • Adapt to changing work environment and think with an innovative approach to complete unforeseen tasks in a short timeline

  • Troubleshooting issues that arise in the training environment and offering support to minimize the impact on content delivery

  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement for the curriculum and facilitation of all training programs along with the training team, Training Manager, and Vice President of Performance and Development

  • Preparing training materials, products, handouts, and schedules in advance of each assigned new hire training class

  • Testing and preparing the class space and audio visual/training related equipment in advance of each new hire training class

  • Correspond with direct reporting supervisor to review incumbent and existing new hire training progression, test results, and scheduling

  • Creating and administering pre-and post-tests on each new subject presented within the new hire training curriculum

  • Select or develop teaching aids to include oversight of measurement and assessment tools to validate training effectiveness

  • Present departmental training curriculum modules for new and existing employees in formats that cover all learning style audio visuals.

  • Interview subject matter experts and incorporate their feedback with the Training Manager/Vice President of Performance & Development for the creation of new hire training

  • In conjunction with human resources professionally address team member issues relative to performance and adherence to departmental and corporate policy and procedure

  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Possess leadership, motivational and inspirational skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Google Drive, and other file-sharing utilities.

  • Excellent technical communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently, and prioritize, and successfully manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
