WHAT WOULD YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM?

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:

  • You must have a quiet, distraction-free location to work from in your residence.

  • You must possess a High School diploma or GED.

  • You may need to have your own PC (desktop or laptop only) and high-speed internet (satellite and wireless hotspots are not approved), both of which will be tested and retested as needed as part of the application process.

  • You will need to have a monitor or possibly dual monitors; The requirements vary by client and will be discussed prior to your start.

  • A smartphone is required for security verification. A landline may be required based on the position offered.

  • All positions may require the purchase of equipment such as, but not limited to, a headset, flash drive, and dual monitors. (They are not needed as part of the application process, so please do not purchase until we extend an offer to you)

  • We are looking for candidates that have great customer service skills, are computer and internet savvy, and are comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously.

  • We need you to be a “people person” who enjoys talking to and assisting others.

  • We prefer 7 days per week availability. Schedules vary and are discussed during the interview.


Location: Chattanooga, TN (Open to residents within a 40-mile radius); Temporarily Remote.

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:

  • Open availability required: Monday-Sunday, 8am to 11pm EST

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma/GED required

  • Minimum six months of customer service experience preferred

  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes

  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment

  • Team player with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including the ability to maintain a pleasant and professional tone

  • Flexible and able to rotate shifts as needed
