Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in ongoing training and compliance to all state rules and regulations.

  • Ensure accuracy of information collected.

  • Participate in activities designed to improve consumer satisfaction and business performance.

  • Place and/or receive consumer inquiries that may require deviation from a script or sales flow process.

  • Conduct effective consultative selling by asking appropriate questions and matching the right product to the consumer’s needs, resulting in closed sales as well as increased consumer satisfaction.

  • Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, procedures, and other important issues through management communications, meetings, client focus groups, and formal training.

  • Comply with all do-not-call and insurance regulatory standards.


Education & Professional Certifications:

  • High school diploma or GED


Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to successfully take tests and retain knowledge.

  • Good listening and responding skills.

  • Demonstrated success in an inbound or outbound sales environment.

  • Capacity to learn complex processes and policies.

  • Detail-oriented

Environment, Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in a secure home office environment. The position is primarily sedentary. May stretch or stand at workstation for short periods at employee’s option, as long as such activity does not detract from the employee’s work, or interfere with other employees. Active Healthcare Insurance Sales License - Applicants will be required to provide the license number to the Recruiter to confirm eligibility.


This seasonal opportunity allows you to use your STATE Health Insurance License. Training classes start in August 2021.

High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience (One year of sales experience required if you want to be considered for a Sales position).

  • We need you to have your own PC and high-speed Internet service, both of which will be tested as part of the application process. You can work from a laptop but will need to be hard-wired while working.

  • Your monitor will need to be between 17 to 21.5 inches; requirements vary by the client (capable of 1280 x 766). A flat panel display is highly recommended, the use of television will need to be verified upon hire. (External monitors are permitted for laptops)

  • A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work.

  • A telephone, landline or cell is required based on the position offered.

  • All positions may require the purchasing of equipment from the headset, flash drive to dual monitors. They are not required as part of the application process, so please do not purchase them before we extend a job offer to you.

  • A strong candidate will be computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously.

  • We need you to be a “people person” who enjoys talking and assisting others. Think about how much you enjoy receiving excellent customer service yourself? Well, we need you to take pride in providing that same great service to others.

  • We require 7 days/week availability, as customer service is something that is provided by most companies every day of the week.
