The Dedicated Lending Associate (DLA) provides direct support in the mortgage application process. The DLA may assist in all aspects of the loan application and pre-application process including; collecting borrower information; consulting a borrower on mortgage options; quoting rates and terms from the system and addressing follow-ups on the application and mortgage processing. The DLA will also manage the mortgage application pipeline to ensure key dates are met. DLAs may be asked to assist at realtors open houses, coordinate and distribute marketing materials and follow up on prospective mortgage customer leads.   • In-Class Support – Administer the LMS processes required to support learning events. Identifies and communicates class completion gaps to the Delivery Facilitators. Review and provide reporting to respective businesses daily/weekly via email. Works effectively with Business Trainers and the business on inquiries, escalations, issues, concerns, etc..
