On day one, you'll:

  • Use innovative techniques to identify and engage talent at scale for our core pipelines

  • Partner with our Talent Marketing team to build our offline presence in your niche area by building an exceptional brand and value proposition for the business areas that you support

  • Screen resumes and interviewing candidates to decide suitability for roles

  • Regularly tracking pipeline activity to share with internal customers and being the knowledgable voice in the room when it comes to pipelines

  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas and driving innovation in the wider sourcing team

We’re looking for a Team Lead to look after our North American Full Stack Recruiters and Sourcers supporting our growing R&D organization. In this role, you will manage a team of distributed individual contributors responsible for hiring critical roles across Full Stack Engineering. We have incredibly tight relationships with our business and thrive on the partnerships that we build. You will be responsible for implementing scalable, innovative sourcing strategies aimed at attracting passive prospects and leading the team in evolving their partnerships to become even more strategic in hiring top engineering talent! You should have a knack for telling a story with data, consider yourself a default collaborator, and have experience fostering the craft of technical recruitment.

On day one, you will:

  • Provide leadership in search strategy development, candidate sourcing, experience and screening, and translating business strategy into talent and recruitment strategy

The Enablement team within Talent Acquisition is seeking a collaborative, innovative Senior Programs Specialist to help us design, build and execute on a key strategic program! You will drive quality, efficiency and velocity for our TA delivery teams and Atlassian by helping expand our global program. You’ll also have the opportunity to partner on the mission and vision for the team.


In this role, you’ll get to:

Partner and provide strategic direction with the team to help reach our program goals at a global level.

Drive and own a variety of project streams for various business groups within the program.

Ability to build and drive agendas, activities and set clear milestones for each project stream

Responsible for delivery of program outcomes as the driver of relevant project streams

  • Strong strategic Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, People programs, or related experience. Preferably gained in dynamic companies with outstanding talent management practices in learning strategy, analytics, performance management, talent development, and program management.

  • Experience in building and delivering global talent programs agenda with specific subject matter expertise in candidate assessments.
