tarting Contact Center Pay By Position
Level 3 CSP – Greater of $15.00 per hour or $0.30 per minute ($0.31 max)
Level 5 CSP – Greater of $16.00 per hour or $0.32 per minute ($0.33 max)
Level 7 CSP – Greater of $17.00 per hour or $0.34 per minute ($0.35 max)
Tier 2 CSP – Greater of $18.00 per hour or $0.36 per minute (no max)
Shift Leads
P/T – $18 per hour
F/T – $37,440 per year plus 0.05% (max 0.20%) of company revenue.
