Ameridial is a call center that provides customer service and sales support to many clients. We have a new client that is looking for customer service agents to take inbound customer service calls.
We are looking for 30 agents to take inbound customer service calls for one of our many clients.

What are the calls about?
Inbound customer service calls assisting customers with using tax prep software.
What are the shifts?
This department operates Monday thru Friday 8 am-10 pm including weekends. We have d evening shifts available of 11 am-7 pm
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU IS VERY SIMPLE!
High school diploma or GED
Must attend a mandatory training- the enriching training is 3 weeks long Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm
1 year of previous call center experience
Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
1 year previous sales experience or customer service experience

Ameridial is seeking enthusiastic and upbeat customer service representatives to join our work at home healthcare team
This is a 100% remote position! We will provide you with a computer for this role.
In this position, you must reside 1 hour from our office located at 4877 Higbee Ave NW Canton, OHIO 44178
Makeup to 14.00 per hour when working evening shift hours.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking positions are available in this department with additional compensation.
What are the calls about?
You will receive inbound customer service calls from current health plan members. You will answer any questions they have about their health plans. This would include assisting them with claims, prescription drug coverage, and billing.

What are the calls about?
In this position, you will be retaining current nutritional supplement customers calling into canceling their monthly subscriptions for these nutritional products as well as providing customer support for a wide array of customer needs.
The role of a retention specialist is to keep them as a satisfied customer and find a solution using many available tools at your discretion to assist with their problems and current orders.
The position involves a strong need for discovery and soft skills daily as we determine the issues and needs of each individual customer to work toward solutions. The position provides a lot of freedom in how you approach each situation and highly values problem-solving ability as we do not use a scripted call flow and instead provide a unique experience for each customer call to call.
What are the hours?
Training is Monday - Friday for 3 weeks with mandatory attendance training is Monday thru Friday 9 am-5:30 pm
Work Shifts are Monday thru Saturday 9 am-5 pm with a day off during the week

What are the calls about?
In this department, you will receive a variety of calls from businesses that are contracted with us for answering service needs. You will triage messages for the businesses. This is a fast-paced call! You must be 100% engaged and focused on delivering excellent customer service
What are the hours?
Training hours are day one 8 am-3 pm and thereafter 10 am-5 pm est time. Training is 3 days long. Are enriching training program will coach you up to meet callers needs.
After training we have full-time shifts available Monday thru Friday 8:30 am-7pm. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible to work an 8-hour shift anytime between these hours
