Job Summary:
Provides complex strategic financial support and oversight of all activities associated within the departments which they are assigned. Also, provides system support across the organization. Oversees and provides operational direction in a range of activities including financial analysis, financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, operational reporting, and complex project work. Also has oversight of the billing and collections departments. Manages accountability for the staff in the departments they are assigned. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the financial needs of the business are being met in an effective manner.
Job Summary:
Promotes health and safety to all health care workers by facilitating an Employee Occupational Health program to include disease detection, prevention and treatment and follow-up on illnesses and injuries. Conducts health screenings and promotes a safe work environment. Serves as a case manager. Partners with internal customers to provide education and promote participation in wellness and prevention programs.
