The Account Manager (Affiliate Academy) position is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). THE ROLE:
Acceleration Partners seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager who is interested in a career within affiliate marketing. Via our Performance Partnerships™ framework, we are looking for smart, savvy digital marketers who want to work with clients to create and manage strategic affiliate marketing programs. In this full-time role, you will participate in Acceleration Partners’ three-month training program, Affiliate Academy, which will prepare you to successfully develop and manage strategic affiliates. The training program will consist of guided eLearning, instructor-led training with hands-on practicum, as well as on job training. Once fully trained, you will autonomously lead client accounts and large projects in our affiliate marketing practice, serving as a key client-facing liaison. You will lead client engagements and be responsible for client service and communication, account strategy, execution, reporting and analysis, and developing new opportunities.

Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution – Actively drive client strategy and campaign execution for influencer campaigns. Work with Client Services leadership to develop an overall strategic approach to delivering influencer marketing services.
Platform Expertise – Act as Acceleration Partners’ subject matter expert on SaaS Influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Grin, and Izea. Monitor the market for new entrants and provide strategic recommendations for partnership opportunities. As needed, develop a working understanding of how influencer platforms can and should interface with affiliate platforms or networks. Lead, Manage & Hold Accountable - Onboard and train influencer specialists to scale the influencer practice. Develop training programs for marketers new to influencer, and document best practices for managing client programs. As the Acceleration Partners’ influencer offering grows, lead, manage and hold accountable a team of influencer specialists overseeing a significant client portfolio.
Client Service & Communication– Display confidence and expertise while communicating and interacting with clients, while quickly developing trust to nurture excellent relationships. and receive approval to test new digital strategies. Engage clients in active, meaningful conversations to gain their approval to test new influencer strategies to complement their affiliate marketing campaigns. Flag potential issues and roadblocks that may impact a client’s success, along with solutions on how to resolve. Thought Leadership – Proactively share influencer marketing expertise with the wider company by offering guidance and insights. Experience leading a team of two or more on influencer campaigns
