You will have approximately 2 1/2 weeks of paid training at 4800 Airport Plaza Drive Long Beach, California 90815 to prepare you to provide legendary service to our members! All equipment will be provided to you after successful training to continue your role from home.

Essential Responsibilities

  • As an upbeat self-starter collaborating with other agents, you will have an outstanding opportunity to build positive relationships while helping us achieve our goal by providing timely resolution through dedicated service every single day!

  • Provide dedicated support to our policyholders which includes, expounding on coverages, providing detailed policy reviews, providing insurance quotes for an existing insurance policy, and processing underwriting transactions within standard authority levels

  • Work directly with policyholders via phone, web, and chat to ensure that each experience with us is simple, positive, and personal.

Training

  • Paid training starts on Monday, November 1, and will last approximately 15 weeks.

  • Training includes instructor-led virtual classroom and on-the-job training.

Training Schedule

  • First 5 weeks: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time Zone.

  • Week 8 and beyond: Varied Shifts.

  • Assigned shifts will likely include at least one weekend day and may include two weekend days. Shifts may extend up until 11 p.m. local time. Days off are not guaranteed to be consecutive days.

Work schedule

  • Our operational hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a need for flexibility to be scheduled a shift between 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. local time, however, you should be available to work 40 hours a week within operational hours. Your schedule will remain consistent. You will be scheduled at least 1 weekend day per week. Consecutive days off are not guaranteed.

Essential responsibilities
  • Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles auto and property damage claims.

  • Handle a diary system to systematically review and resolve claims within the specified state compliance guidelines.

  • Manage an inventory of claims.

  • Opens claims and acquires required information and loss details from the insured, claimant, and other involved parties.

  • Explains policy, coverage, and appropriate course of action (follow-up, status calls, touch base with the customer).

  • Documents claim files, sends appropriate correspondence, and communicates with customers and repair facilities.

  • Ensures compliance with specific state regulations, policy provisions and standard operating procedures.

  • Arranges handles and pays repair, rental, towing, total losses, and negotiates storage.

  • Applies knowledge of estimating standards ranging from minor to moderate complexity.

  • Paid 20-week virtual training that is a combination of classroom and on-the-job training.

  • Training starts on 10/11.

  • This position offers the opportunity to work remotely in all states with the exception of CA, HI, and AK or in one of our center locations in Henderson NV, Glendale AZ, Colorado Springs CO, Oklahoma City OK or Mt. Laurel NJ. Specific requirements apply to both working options.

  • Assigned as Owning/Adjuster when injury exposure is identified.

  • Handles simple to moderate 1st and 3rd party auto cases involving injury, 1st party Uninsured Motorists claims including ADB (Auto-Death Benefit) claims, and liability injury claims.

  • Assists in catastrophes and/or injury phone queues.

  • Responsible for handling, managing, investigating, negotiating, settling and resolving complex claims with exposure valued less than $25,000, with minimal supervision.

  • Makes coverage determinations and informs customers as to the proper course of action related to coverage issues.

  • Conducts investigative work of a sophisticated nature (interviewing witnesses; acquiring and analyzing evidence, including medical records; deciding whether an independent medical examination is warranted; etc.).

  • Evaluates the potential for subrogation and initiating an initial notice of subrogation request.

  • Develops negotiating strategies and negotiates with the claimant.

  • Makes final decisions to settle within settlement authority, without supervisory approval.

  • Presents cases in Committee setting when seeking above settlement authority level; thereafter, independently negotiating and settling the claim.

What would make us excited about you

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 2 or more years of auto claims adjusting experience required.

  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service as the primary point of contact with club marketing and insurance executives.

  • Influence adoption of IG marketing programs and capabilities to AAA club partners across the footprint.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Insurance Group Marketing and Customer Experience division and the Partner Club, developing and delivering marketing growth and retention strategies and programs that are complex, requiring in-depth marketing knowledge and critical thinking.

  • Lead matrixed teams including Product, Actuary, Legal, and Service on specific projects that drive club membership, insurance policy growth, and retention through marketing.

  • Maintain exceptional relationships with club Insurance and Marketing executives and expanding to additional key business lines.

  • Identify innovative marketing opportunities that deliver profitable growth for CSAA and the partner clubs.

  • Create and present executive-level written and verbal communications on an ongoing basis including strategy documents, campaign information, results reporting and analysis.

  • Consult with management, product managers, IT, other departments, and club partners to develop communication and marketing strategies that advocate the customer experience.

  • Lead effort to continuously improve audit and compliance process for advertising and marketing materials.

  • Manage budgets and invoicing process.

  • Be a catalyst within the company and with club partners driving the customer experience, member journey, growth, and retention.

As the Strategic Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for conducting spend analysis, developing category plans, and running end to end Sourcing and Contracting processes for several categories including but not limited to:

  • Cloud – AWS, Azure

  • Data Center (Co-Lo)

  • Compute, Storage

  • Routers, Switches, Firewalls

  • Telecom; voice, data, wireless, mobile

Other primary responsibilities include developing project status, spend reports, client presentations, and dashboards.


What would make us excited about you?

  • 5-10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing roles with a focus on IT deals specifically Cloud and Infrastructure deals
