AAA is hiring an ambitious Retention Specialist who has a customer focus to retain current members that have expressed a desire to cancel their membership by discussing the full array of AAA membership benefits.


Details:

  • Tentative start October 11th

  • Mandatory Virtual Training will be for the first 5 weeks, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Schedule: 5 days per week, 37.5 hours, 11 am - 7 pm with Thursday and Sunday off

  • The position will work be from home.

  • Wired internet connection required.

The day today:

  • Communicate the membership value and helps Members identify benefits that match their needs. Specifically a specialist in this position:

  • Deploys deep product knowledge, problem-solving, selling and customer service skills to differentiate AAA from its competitors and communicate the full value of the membership and AAA brand.

  • Provides courteous and professional counseling in responding to Member inquiries concerning membership benefits and services, including Financial Services, Driving School, Roadside Assistance, Travel Services, Insurance, and other member services.

  • Operate automatic call distribution (ACD) telephone set and PC running Windows-based and Internet applications.

  • Accurately gather, document, and respond to members’ needs using sound business judgment based upon club business rules and policies and match those needs to appropriate and relevant AAA products and services.

  • Contact members by phone or email upon non-renewal in an attempt to renew membership coverage.

  • Handles the more complex calls by defusing frustrated or upset callers and can tailor the conversation and membership benefits discussion to each individual caller.

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Corporate Travel Agent (After Hours) to join our dynamic Corporate Travel Team! This after-hours position is responsible for fulfilling domestic travel-related requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals to result in the lowest cost for booked itinerary and maximum commission claimed. The incumbent in this position must be knowledgeable in domestic faring and provides exceptional customer service through the communication of travel-related information.


**This is a work from home position; however, the candidate must live within our territory**

What you can provide us:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 4+ year’s active Travel Consultant experienced in the past 6 years.

  • 1+ year’s international experience preferred.

In a call center setting, you will work on projects involving contact tracing by efficiently handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound calling to individuals diagnosed with or exposed to Covid-19.

Training Schedule:

  • Start date of October 4th, from 9:00, am - 5:00pm

  • Training will last approximately 5 days and will be remote, instructor-led training

Work Schedule:

  • Our core hours are 7 days a week spanning from 11 am to 7:30 pm. This is a full-time position and you will be scheduled for a 40-hour workweek within those days and hours including 1 Saturday or Sunday EVERY week. We offer set schedules.

  • Note: The length of these positions is based on the progress made with the COVID - 19 pandemic

  • Opportunities may be provided to move into other positions within AAA.

At home requirements:

  • Computers must be picked up from our office

  • WIRED Internet connection required (No WiFi )

Compensation:

  • $15.50 per hour plus full benefits

As a Contact Tracer Specialist you will:

  • Efficiently handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calling

  • Perform contract tracing duties such as contacting individuals diagnosed with COVID-19, verifying their exposure, assessing their symptoms, and referring for testing according to established protocols

  • Provide instructions for isolation or quarantine

  • Other duties as assigned.

AAA is hiring part-time weekend-only Customer Service positions for the busy Roadside Assistance Virtual Call Center Team! If you are looking to rescue and help people in their biggest time of need, this is the role for you!


Virtual training: Starts September 25th, 2 weeks, Saturday & Sunday 9am - 4pm & Monday- Wednesday 6pm - 10pm

  • Computer pickups will occur the week before training in our Hamilton, NJ or Newark, DE office

  • Home WIRED internet connection and quiet workspace required

Schedules After Training: 12 hours per week,11a-5p, 12p-6p, 3p-9p, 4p-10p, 5p-11p, Saturday and Sunday only

The day to day:

  • Properly answer and accurately receive, record and respond to members’ requests from incoming telephone calls regarding Roadside Assistance and other related areas, while demonstrating a pleasant and professional telephone manner. Assist Members, utilizing AAA maps and/or a PC-based map program, to determine their breakdown location or tow destination, and to provide trip routing/mileage information as part of 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year operation.

  • Deliver extraordinary customer service to Members, using sound business judgment, by accurately answering questions, applying and interpreting department policy and effectively utilizing department references and resources. Listen and probe for additional information as necessary. Make sound decisions concerning the prioritization of service (e.g., safety concern, extreme hardship to Member). Identify situations that require special handling and coordinate with the Trusted Friend Help Desk and the Dispatch unit. Forward complaint information to Member Relations for follow-up.

  • Provide Members with all necessary instructions to ensure a complete understanding of the services that will be rendered, including an accurate Estimated Time of Arrival. Suggest opportunities that will enhance a Member's experience; promote related programs as required by the Member’s individual situation.

Position Details: Part-Time and Full-time work from home positions available! Virtual Training Requirements:

  • Start Date of October 11th

  • Flexible options available, 3, 4, or 5 days per week

  • $14.50 base pay hourly

  • 8% shift differential for evening work

  • Consistently upsell and cross-sell other AAA products and services (discounts, credit cards, insurance, etc.)

  • Help our members in their time of need by taking roadside assistance calls and accurately capturing the details of their needs.
